If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, organisation and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to the enquiry and, if work follows, to administer that work.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data because you have asked us to respond, and because we have a legitimate interest in running a consulting practice in the United Kingdom. If a contract follows, we process the information needed to perform that contract.

Sharing

The contact form is delivered using FormSubmit, which transmits the message to our mailbox. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with professional advisers or with a processor who hosts our email, where that is necessary to operate the practice.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to complete the correspondence, then deleted from active mailboxes according to our ordinary email practice. Contract records are kept for the period required by UK law.
